Aims and Intentions of the Trust is well contained in the Sanskrit Shloka:-
ऐक्यं बलं समाजस्य तदभावे स दुर्बल: |
तस्मात ऐक्यं प्रशंसन्ति दॄढं राष्ट्र हितैषिण: ||
अर्थात:
“एकता समाज का बल है , एकताहीन समाज दुर्बल है. इसलिए जो एकता के प्रशंसक होते हैं वही दृढ़ राष्ट्र के हितैषी होते हैं”
“Unity is the strength of any society and it (society) is weak without unity. Hence anyone who praises unity is the actual well-wisher of a strong nation”.
Mani Trividha Shankar Educational Charitable Trust (MTSECT) has successfully completed its two years, since its formation in the year 2020, though its inception dates years back when it was in the form of a mere idea. It took years of effort, patience and hard work to give it the shape it stands today.
It started with just three members, which has now grown numerously. The trust though formally came into existence only on 18th of July 2020, within two years it has made cognizable efforts in charitable and awareness tasks.
People at different social strata have to deal with different social, economical and emotional crises. MTSECT aims to reach everyone from all those included I the society to the marginalized ones. A massive crises that broke throughout the country in the form of NOVEL CORONA Pandemic made conditions more challenging and people more vulnerable than ever. MTSECT took initiative during the Challenging time and tried hard with all the limited resources and volunteers to give its best in making accessible required things, from medical aid, oxygen cylinders, ambulance, masks, kits to generating awareness, distributing rations etc.
The pandemic exposed clearly the level of development since independence and the required up gradation to meet the needs of the ever increasing population. An overhauling of society right from the basis of education is felt and MTSECT has tried to extend it’s reach to the unattended, uneducated and left out people from the developmental measures.
To be available for largest possible section of society MTSECT seeks to engage more and more volunteers and donors, as its motto is “Together We Grow”, it tends to ensure that no one in the society is left out and we grow as mankind with helping each other.
Value and importance of online education cannot be neglected anymore after the Pandemic era. It has become the need of the day that along with food, water and shelter, study material must also be available to its stakeholders as and when required in their fingertips and be feasible. Our posted video lectures are a step towards accessible study material free of cost.
Although there is no replacement of offline education, an alternative is necessary to bridge the loss that pandemic made us face and made online education a new normal.
We are making efforts in helping students with books, stationaries and study materials along with video lectures for Classes XI and XII to be beneficial for students free of cost. Assignments of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology are also available for students to download free of cost. These assignments are beneficial for competitive Examinations like Engineering, Medical etc. Students can download the assignments free of cost and if they face any problem we assist them through our telegram channel this facility caters to the urban and rural students equally.
Health is wealth, long said and well said. Physical well being is a very precious attribute for humans. Sports is a way through which achievement of good health becomes possible and enjoyable. It is a recreational as well as a refreshing activity that gives an amusing break from regular life thi students and freshens their minds.
We at MTSECT aim to promote sports among the students and youth. MTSECT premier league cricket tournament was first of such events organized by us. Students from various colleges and universities of jharkhand and youth from other fields participated in the tournament. Winners were felicitated and encouraged. Various marathons, half marathons and cyclothons are also organized from time to time. Sports has a holistic effect over human health and we at MTSECT strongly support sports for all.
It was July 2020 when MTSECT formally come to existence and with its inception it saw the global Pandemic. Pandemic have hit the world earlier but this was the first such encounter for most of us in a hundred year not only at personal or local level but at National level. We were underequipped with required mechanism and machinery to cope up with such disastrous situations. The pandemic had hit right at the backbone of the nation.
As a Charitable trust it become our foremost priority to serve our fellow people anyways, which also underlives the actual intention of creation of this organization. We worked hard with whatever limited resources we had.
Hoarding of medicines equipments become prevalent. MTSECT soured all these from its trusted partners and made is accessible to anyone anytime. Oxygen Cylinders were made available to the patients at their doorsteps free of cost. Correct and appropriate information about available hospital beds, vaccines etc. were dispersed through our website and other channels that helped our people. Most of who have closely dealt with this crises know what importance blood and blood components held then end even now.
We at MTSECT have been organizing blood donation camp cum organ donation awareness camps regularly since then, dealing with all administrative hurdles. We believe on slogan that “ JITEJI RAKTDAAN AUR MARNOPARANT ANGDAAN”.In Ranchi we are the first organization who gives Mementos to each and every donors to promote blood donation drive. Through the Blood donation camps we have come in contact with blood banks who have felicitated us for our work many times in this. Today we are at a stage from where we manage to arrange blood and blood components for the needy via our group “ RAKTWEERS” on whatsapp or other sources not only in Jharkhand but in PAN india with the help of other blood organization from other part of india. We also organize Health Checkup camps and awareness camps to eradicate the myths regarding blood donation and Organ donation so that more and more people come forward and be a part of our purpose and feel JOY OF GIVING.
Nourishment is the basic and non compromiseable need of each and every human being on the planet but irony is 19 crore of INDIANS go to bed starving. Humans have walked through the long path of development since ages and secured food and nourishment for themselves and their families. This is the generalized situation throughout yet a vast section of the society has remained underfed and children malnourished. This darker aspect of development requires cognizance.
MTSECT has taken it’s initiative and made efforts on its part to feed the needy. We mainly target the homeless people on the footpaths, slums and rikshaw pullers who barely get to feed themselves three proper meals, let alone be nourishment. Daily wage earners are also in a pathetic situation mostly since the pandemic. These people mostly come from the interiors of the city and were forced to retreat towards their villages losing their jobs and securities. We all have witnessed the long human chains walking hundreds of kilometers back to their native places during the pandemic. Whatever little settlements they had secured in the big cities were all left behind. It becomes equally tough to start from scratch and build a new life all over again with all the challenges of raising children, educating them, provide shelter along with the most deadly challenge of meeting the food requirements.
We at MTSECT, try to do our level best to reach out to maximum of such needy people and give a helping hand in their struggle for food.

Our volunteers at MTSECT have distributed high quality thick woollen blankets in slum and underdeveloped areas of ranchi and region around the city to make the poverty-stricken people survive even in the harsher winters. The considerable volume of the blanket and old clothes distribution took place in different parts of the town.
The pleasure in fulfilling the basic requirement of people carries a different feeling that can’t be explained in words. Homeless people mostly reside in slum areas by constructing shacks and wooden houses with available materials. They don’t have clothes to cover their body, and they spend their winter without a blanket. And that’s the reason behind the death of thousands of people every year in the winter season. Whenever we visit such places with our volunteers, we get a question in our mind that isn’t our responsibility to assist such poor and needy people in living a life full of hope and opportunities?
In each shack, we come across several people and give them blankets along with clothes. Also, we distribute blankets to abandoned people living a hopeless life, and we are endeavouring to bring some shadows of hope in their lives. Through our blanket distribution activities this year, many poverty-stricken families have received the benefits that would eventually help them in surviving amid the cold and chilling winter.
The core objective of the warm clothes and blanket distribution activity by MTSECT is to reduce the suffering of economically and socially backward people due to the cold wave.
Importance of tree plantation has been stressed upon time and again. The need for tree plantation has become even greater these days because of the growing pollution in the environment. Tree plantation involves transplanting tree seedlings to grow forests and spread greenery around. There are a number of reasons why the process of tree plantation is important for the environment.
A famous quote reads, “Imagine if trees gave off Wifi signals we’d be planting so many trees, we’d probably save the planet. Too bad they only produce oxygen we breathe”. It is sad how we have grown so accustomed to technology that we overlook the harmful impact it is having on our environment. Not only is the use of technology destroying nature but it is also separating us from the same.
Even when the importance of tree plantation is so evident, there are only a handful of people who actually take it as their responsibility to indulge in this activity. The rest are so engrossed in their lives that they do not understand that without enough trees around we wouldn’t be able to live long. It is time we must recognize the importance of tree plantation and contribute our bit towards the same. We at MTSECT have taken our responsibility and started planting trees as and when possible.
